Chelsea have announced the new squad numbers for all three new summer signings at Stamford Bridge.
Eden Hazard, the most expensive acquisition of the summer to date for Chelsea will wear number 17, worn last season by Jose Bosingwa, who has since been released by the Blues.
Marko Marin, who signed for Chelsea before the end of the season in a deal worth around £6 million from Werder Bremen, has been handed the number 21 shirt, previously worn by Salomon Kalou who has now joined Ligue 1 side Lille.
Kevin de Bryune, who joined Chelsea from Genk last season before being loaned back to the Belgian club will wear the number 14 shirt that was unused last term.
All three players will take part in Chelsea’s pre-season tour, departing along with their new team-mates on Saturday.
The Blues are expected to further add to their squad in the coming weeks ahead of the new season, with Oscar, Hulk and Lucas Moura all linked with a move to the reigning European champions.
