Everton have agreed a two million pounds fee for Nigeria skipper Joseph Yobo to join Fenerbahce in Turkey permanently, according to reports.The Toffees have finally accepted a knock-down price of £2milion for the want-away defender after a long-drawn transfer negotiation, according to Turkish-Football.com.Everton earlier slammed a transfer fee of £5million on the former Standard Liege of Belgium star before it was slashed to £2.5 million.It is believed that Everton finally agreed to the substantially lower fee so as to get some much-needed cash that would finance the return of Steven Pienaar to Goodison Park.South Africa star Pienaar is now set for a permanent Everton return. The playmaker has agreed terms and is ready and waiting to move back to Merseyside and sign on the dotted line, but Everton must first release the funds to pay SpursDespite technically still being an Everton player, Yobo has been excused from reporting for pre-season training with the club.The 31-year-old central defender will be a happy man now has he has been on this transfer imbroglio dragged on for long.He has been on loan at the Turkish giant for two straight seasons.
