The African Union Diaspora African Forum and the Pan African Diaspora Coalition of Ghana on behalf of its member organizations and associations wish to express with profound grief and sorrow that we have received the news of the passing of our President, H.E. John Evans Atta Mills.
With the announcement of the seven (7) day National Mourning Period by the Government of Ghana, we are therefore in mourning with the nation and extend our deepest, heartfelt condolences to his wife, H.E. Dr. Ernestina Naadu Mills, the bereaved family, the Government and people of the Republic of Ghana.
Our entire community feels the tragic loss of our late President and prays that the Almighty rests his soul in perfect peace.
