Former President John Dramani Mahama has expressed shock at the death of his former assistant, Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur.
In a Tweet Friday morning, Mr Mahama wrote, “Shocking! No! PK was only last Saturday actively involved in our party’s constituency elections in the Central Region. Very sad Friday!”

Former Vice President, Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur was confirmed dead at the 37 Military Hospital Friday morning after he was reported to have collapsed at the gym.
Tributes from friends near and far have since been pouring in.
President Nana Akufo-Addo also described the late former Vice President as a fine public servant.
