A communications consultant and social media strategist has urged corporate organizations to invest in professional social media handlers and not settle for misfits.
Speaking on the Joy Business Masterclass show, Chris Worla Essikpe, highlighted the need for businesses to fund and provide the needed resources for their social media activities.
Social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the likes provide an online based marketing and promotion option and also enable businesses to initiate brand awareness for potential customers to see.
According to Mr Essikpe, a good use of the platform will corporate entities to achieve the expected goals and they must push to get the best out of it.
