The Asomdwe Memorial Park will be re-opened to the public on Friday, 2nd November, 2012 following the completion of the first phase of construction works.The Park, near the Independence Square in Accra, is a presidential mausoleum which currently holds the mortal remains of President John Evans Atta Mills. It was opened to the public after his funeral.The park was originally planned to be re-opened to the public at the end of September 2012. However, construction works took longer than anticipated
