The Ghana Football Association has confirmed December 23, 2012 as the kick-off date for the MTN FA Cup competition.
Preliminary round matches will herald the start as the Cup competition bounces back for the third-year running.
The competition will involve clubs from the Premier, First and Second divisions of the Ghanaian league tier.
The draw format for the competition will be revelaed next month at the launch of the competition.
New Edubiase are the defending champions after winning last season's competition.
