President John Dramani Mahama on Thursday visited former Vice President Alhaji Aliu Mahama on his sick bed at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital. The former Vice President was rushed to the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital last Saturday’ not long after he had been discharged from the same hospital. Alhaji Aliu Mahama is currently receiving care at the Intensive Care Unit of the Hospital but family members say he is in a stable condition. President John Mahama received a barrage of criticisms when he asked Moslems at the recent Eid prayers to pray for the former vice President. After visiting some victims of the Melcom disaster, however, President John Mahama took time to visit Alhaji Aliu Mahama.
