The Advertising Association of Ghana has rejected suggestions that media content is being compromised for commercial interests.
Media expert Professor Kwame Karikari who expressed the fear says advertisements and sponsorships are posing a threat to press freedom.
But the President of the Advertising Association of Ghana Norkor Duah disagrees.
She said the media were well aware of their responsibility to maintain independent editorial policy untainted by commercial interests.
