Ghanaian striker Amoah is enjoying a stunning season with NAC and struck twice to end De Graafschap's resistance.
Amoah, who has been linked with Everton and Middlesbrough, broke the deadlock for the visitors in the 74th minute.
And the former Borussia Dortmund frontman made the points safe with his second goal of the game in injury-time.
