"He was a good person. Very bright, intelligent, industrious and in spite of the fact that our politics didn't agree...we were friends", said former president Kufuor.
Mr P.V Obeng was a Mechanical Engineer, politician and chairman of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology council.

"I want to send out my condolences to the widow, children, family and friends and also pray that the good Lord will give him a peaceful rest.
