Ghana striker Ebenezer Assifuah was on target for his FC Sion side on Sunday.
The Ghana international scored in the 62nd minute as Sion defeated Luzrn 2-0 in the Swiss Super League.
The 22-year-old who played full duration of the game has now scored three goals in 15 league appearances for Didier Tholot’s side.
Assifuah will now be heading for this week’s international duties with full confidence as he has been included in Ghana’s 23-man squad to face Comoros in a 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
