Scottish Premier League side, Inverness Caledonian Thistle, have taken Ghanaian midfielder Ibrahim Atiku on a week-long trial.
Manager Craig Brewster wants to properly assess the player who can play in central midfield and wider areas.
The 25-year-old has spent several seasons in Sweden, most recently with second division side IF Sylvia.
Atiku was a member of Ghana's Under-20 team won won silver at the 2001 World Youth Championship to Argentina.
He was invited by Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund after the fifa Under-17 World Cup in New Zealand.
Atiku also had a loan spell with Israeli side Hapoel Petah Tikva.
