The General Overseer of the International Central Gospel Church, Pastor Mensah Otabil, has picked up on two culinary habits to demonstrate Ghanaian resistance to change.
He said at a recent Springboard programme, the traditional way of preparing fufu poses health risks, such as bacterial infections, which many underestimate.
He also said eating with the fingers is a habit belonging to a bygone era which every progressive culture has moved away from.
