Attacking midfielder for Bechem united run away with the Golden boot honour of the First Capital Plus Premier League with 16 goals.
Okrah who was a Kotoko reject, overcame rejection and emerged as a hero in the 2013/14 premier league season.
His first goal of the season came on match day 2 at the T and A Park against Medeama, by scoring his club’s first goal in the premier league.
Although Okrah was 4 goals behind Seidu Bancey, who had scored 7 goals by the close of the first round of the league as the leading top scorer, he fought hard to surpass him and ironically opened the same 4 goals difference between him and the latter to finish the season as the Ghana Premier League top scorer.
Medeama SC suffered most in the hands of the 20-year-old midfielder by scoring them both home and away in the league to register 4 goals against the Tarkwa-based club including his first premier league hat-trick on match day 29.
His impressive performance this season enabled him to win the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) Premier League Player of the year award.
The former Kotoko player, was just a goal from hitting his personal target of 17 goals this season, but he has himself to blame by missing from the spot kick against Amidaus on the last day of the league.
Last Season’s goal king Mahatma Otoo scored 20 premier league goals, so Okrah ended the season with four goals behind him.
