Black Satellites coach Mas ud Didi Dramani is hopeful of qualification to the African Youth Championship despite stuttering in Senegal.
Ghana lost 3-1 to their Senegalese counterpart meaning the youth side have to win by a two goal margin without reply to make it to Zambia.
For Dramani, his side know what is at stake and will not let the opportunity slip by.
“We will take these lessons and work together within the period of two weeks and sharpen all rough edges and push hard to qualify for Zambia 2017,” he said
“We are very hopeful and I know we are capable of doing it, the boys know how important that event is to their development as individual players and the team as a whole.”
The return leg is scheduled for a fortnight’s time.
