A Level 400 student of the Gambaga College of Education in the North East Region has been shot and killed by unknown gunmen.
As a result, classes have reportedly been suspended today, 13th March, at the college.
The school’s authorities have confirmed the incident, stating that the deceased was found with suspected gunshot wounds outside the school campus fence.
Although the motive behind the killing remains unclear, JoyNews understands that authorities suggest it could be linked to the ongoing violence in Bawku.
