The 2012 vice presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has visited Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, former Presidential spokesperson to console him over the loss of his mother, Mrs. Margaret Agyepong.
She died on Friday, September 27th, 2013 in London after a short illness. Margaret Agyapong was the wife of the late Justice Kwadwo Agyei Agyapong.
Dr Bawumia urged the Agyepong family to remain steadfast in this difficult period and prayed for the blessings of the Almighty to the departed soul.
The one week celebration and family gathering of the late Mrs. Margaret Agyepong will take place on Friday, 11th October 2013 at Asokore-Mampong near Kumasi Airport. The final funeral rites will be announced in due course.
