The General Secretary of the People’s National Convention (PNC) Bernard Mornah has decided to resign from his position.
According to him, he will not contest the party’s next Congress.
Mr. Mornah who has served for two terms in that position told XYZ Breakfast on Friday that he no more has the energy to be General Secretary of the PNC.
“It is time for others to probably pick up and to showcase what they have…politics is not a lifelong profession so I have decided to step down.
“I think that others must also work to ensure that what we all believe in come to fruition, it must be with interest but am not sure that I have that energy for general secretary again” Bernard Mornah said.
