John Ndebugri, lawyer for Yasmin Damoah told Joy News he has information his client has been picked up by the BNI but all efforts to reach her have been to no avail.
Even though details of the contract said to have been signed with the Information Ministry have not been made public, the controversy surrounding it cannot go unnoticed.
The ex-Minister Asamoah Boateng was on Sunday prevented from embarking on a trip to US with his family, as operatives of the BNI allegedly prevented him from boarding his flight at the Kotoka International Airport.
His deputy, Frank Agyakum, under the Kufuor administration was questioned by the BNI on the same matter.
