Hearts of Oak goalkeepers’ trainer Abubakar Damba has been sacked from the club for his rift with Sammy Adjei and Tetteh Luggard during league matches, as well as non performance for the first round of the league.
The ex-Ghanaian international was sacked on Friday.
Damba joined Hearts three seasons ago and has been instrumental in shaping up the careers of goalkeepers Philemon McCarthy and Tetteh Luggard.
His sack will come as a massive surprise to the fans of the club.
His exit means the club is now without a substantive Chief Executive, administrative manager and now goalkeepers’ trainer.
Hearts of Oak ended the first round of the league at fourteenth position with fourteen points.
