The Juaso Circuit Court has ordered the family of a suspect who has been terrorizing some family members without any just cause to seek psychiatric therapy for him.
The suspect Kwabena Adjei, 27, a Carpenter who appeared before the Juaso Circuit Court for various offensive conducts started behaving abnormally while in the dock.
Police Detective Mike Fritz Bekoe, prosecuting, told the court presided over by Mr. Jacob Boon that the complainant, Adwoa Konadu is a relative of the accused and both live in the same house at Agogo.
On September 18, around 0600 hours, the complainant was in her room when the accused suddenly entered and began throwing her belongings outside without any provocation.
When the complainant questioned his behaviour, the accused threatened to hit her with a club but she managed to escape.
Not satisfied, the accused vented his anger on the children of the complainant by seizing their school bags and prevented them from going to school on that day.
Later, while the complainant was having her bath, the accused entered the bathroom and threatened to attack her, compelling her to run out of the bathroom naked.
After grabbing a cloth from a friend nearby, the complainant rushed to the Agogo police to lodge a complaint leading to the arrest of the accused.
