Eight Sales Executives of Dalex Finance have been rewarded with a week all-expenses-paid trip to Dubai by the company for emerging top-performers in their field last year.
The trip which forms part of an award scheme by the company is given every year to top performing Sales Executives and Team Leads across the country.
This is the 3rd in the series of annual awards towards motivating staff to perform at optimum.
Under the scheme, two top performers drawn from each of the four Sales Zones comprising the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern parts of the country were selected.
The exemplary commitment displayed by the salesmen to beating their sales targets according to the company helped it improve its performance for the year 2016 hence, the recognition.
The all-expenses paid trip also includes tour site fees and spending money of $1,100 pocket money.
The team of Sales Executives and team-leads who left Accra for the United Arab Emirates on February 25 are currently in the City of Dubai and are expected to return on March 4.
Speaking with JOY BUSINESS, National Sales Coordinator Patience Dordunu said the annual award for star performers inspires others to emulate.

The eight Sales Executives who flew to Dubai
Various awards she disclosed are given to winners every year but the ultimate is the trip to Dubai.
“Sales is pretty tough and to be able to sell you have to be passionate and excited about what you’re selling and we believe that this package will give them a lot of excitement and motivate them to work harder,” she said.
The disbursements of a sales team member range between GHC1.2 and GHC2.4 million and the award scheme according to her “reminds them that at the end of the period, two top personnel will be selected from each sector and every one of them aspires to be the ultimate winner.”
“At Dalex we have very high and strenuous targets so what we do is that the sales person who is able to disburse the highest amount in loans together with his or her team lead are declared top-performers.
"This forms part of the company’s efforts at motivating as well as re-energizing its workers towards attaining greater success," she said.
One of the awardees James Arthur expressed delight at the trip saying “I am very excited about this trip. This is my first time traveling out of the country and I’m really looking forward to nice time with my colleagues.”
