Ghanaians living in Tema and Sakumono and its environs will soon enjoy train ride from Asoproachona to Tema in new comfortable coaches.
To test the new coaches, Deputy Transport Minister, Dzifa Attivor and a team of journalists Thursday took a ride on the new coaches on new rail tracks from asoproachona to Tema.
Joy FM’s Seth Kwame Boateng who joined the trip said it was a wonderful experience riding in the new coaches.
According to him, Mrs. Attivor, told some workers of the rail company that the Mills-led government was on course to modernize the rail sector in the country.
She said the new coaches which will be commissioned a few days from now were ample demonstration of the government’s commitment to revamping the sector.
