Ghana international Derek Boateng admits the lure of playing in the English league is exciting after he was linked with a move to Tottenham.The Getafe midfielder moved to Spain last summer, just six months after he had signed for Cologne.Boateng, who once came close to signing for Steve McClaren at Middlesbrough, admits a move to England is an attraction."All good players will love to play in England and players in my position on the field are stars there, I like the physical part of football, so I would love to play there one day," he said."Tottenham? They are a fantastic team, White Hart Lane is a great stadium, so you never know, it would be fantastic. However, I am happy here in Getafe."And Boateng who has enjoyed a great run of form in La Liga says he is happy with his performances."I am playing at a good level at the moment, I am happy with my form and hopefully it will continue," he said.Source: Ghanafa.org
