President John Evans Atta Mills has, in accordance with established procedures, appointed the following persons as Members and Chairpersons of the Boards and Councils of the following state entities:A statement signed by Mr. Mahama Ayariga, Presidential Spokesperson, said Hon. Doe Adjaho, First Deputy Speaker in Parliament, will chair the National Health Insurance Authority. Other members are Dr. Steven Kofi M.
