English side Stoke will slap down a fresh offer for Lokomotiv Moscow's 3 million-rated Haminu Dramani next week - and the Ghana winger is determined to force through his dream move to England.
City boss Pulis almost signed Dramani, 22, on loan in August and will move for him again after the Russian season ends on Saturday.
Mid-table Lokomotiv refused Stoke's summer approach as they would not allow Dramani - a 2.4m signing from Genclerbirligi last year - to move on in mid-season.
A source close to Dramani said: "I know that Stoke are still interested in Haminu and will try to sign him on loan or as a transfer during the January transfer window.
"Haminu definitely wants to move to England.
"He is very keen to play in the Premiership and I am sure there will be something positive happening with Stoke in January.
