The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced that it has resolved the technical challenge that disrupted the purchase of electricity credits for its MMS-compliant meters.
In a public notice issued on Monday, December 29, ECG said the issue, which affected the purchase of electricity credits through the ECG Mobile App, the *226# short code, and third-party vendors, has now been fully resolved.
The company assured customers that all affected platforms are operational and that electricity credits can be purchased without difficulty.
