The much-anticipated Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair has opened its third clinic at Ghud Park near the Accra Mall, kicking off Ghana’s biggest home and property showcase.
The three-day event, running from Friday, September 12 to 14 under the theme “Dream it, Own it, Live it,” is designed to help Ghanaians turn their homeownership dreams into reality.

From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, the fair will bring together leading players in housing and construction, offering solutions in building, roofing, plumbing, finishing, furniture, and financing—all under one roof.
Organisers say the fair will cater to first-time buyers, prospective builders, and renovators, providing expert guidance, innovative products, and exclusive deals at every stage of the homeownership journey.
Hundreds of visitors are expected to attend over the three days to explore discounted property offers, affordable mortgage packages, and high-quality building materials.
