Ghana international Jordan Ayew was involved in two goals on Tuesday night as Leicester City beat Tranmere Rovers in the English League Cup.
Ayew scored one and set up another on his first start for the club following his arrival from Crystal Palace last week.
Named in the starting line for the cup game, Ayew opened the scoring after 38 minutes of play at the King Power Stadium. The Black Stars man fired a powerful shot into the top right corner from just outside the penalty box to give his side the lead.
Stephy Mavidid netted the second six minutes into the second half from the penalty box.
The lead was extended in the 71st minute when Ayew set up Nigeria's Wilfred Ndidi to make it 3-0 on the night.
Ayew came off in the 73rd minute of the game on his full debut before Harry Winks scored the fourth of the fixture in the 90th minute.
The Ghanaian made his debut for the Foxes last weekend in the defeat to Fulham.
