Eminence Lead International has been honoured with the Innovative Ecosystem Builder for Inclusive Entrepreneur Award at the 4th Ghana Philanthropy Awards, 2025.
The award recognises the organisation’s commitment to empowering people to live purposeful, limitless and fulfilled lives through programmes that strategically ignite the next generation of African changemakers.
Eminence Lead International is a passionate, purpose-driven non-profit organisation with a mission to ignite transformative change by championing economic empowerment.
According to the awarding board, the NGO earned the accolade for its unwavering dedication to advancing human dignity through selfless service, compassion and impactful initiatives that uplift lives and strengthen communities.

Under the leadership of Executive Director Daniel Offe, the organisation has made significant strides in recent years, meaningfully engaging women and young people in development processes at both local and national levels.
The 4th Ghana Philanthropy Awards, held at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel and organised by The Business Executive Group, celebrates individuals and organisations that play a vital role in promoting humanity’s growth and development while positively impacting their communities.
In a post-award interview, Daniel Offe expressed gratitude to the organisers and his dedicated team for their commitment to excellence.
According to him, the award is an encouragement to continue their holistic empowerment model, which focuses on entrepreneurship and supports women to step into roles of leadership, innovation and community transformation.
He also extended appreciation to partners and community stakeholders for their continuous support, which enables the organisation to deliver on its mission of contributing to a better Ghana.
“We at Eminence Lead International are grateful for such a wonderful milestone at this highest magnitude. We will continue to help young ones through our capacity-building and empowerment programs. I want to also use the opportunity to thank my partners for their tremendous support always,” he stated.
