In keeping up with Fidelity Bank’s goal of continually bringing convenience to customers, the Fidelity Instant Visa Debit Card has been rolled out – accessible through all 75 bank branches.
With the introduction of the Fidelity Instant Visa Debit Card, customers will now enjoy the convenience of being issued with their Visa cards within 10 minutes of the request.
The enhanced security feature of the card makes it more secure and in addition to that, customers are able to authorize or verify their transactions using their Personal Identification Number (PIN) which is only known to them.
Deputy Managing Director of Fidelity Bank, Mr. Jim Baiden, says the Bank will continue to invest in appropriate technology that provides convenience to customers while adequately meeting their diverse banking needs.
“Banking is changing rapidly and technology is at the forefront of innovation and as a bank, we will always strive to keep our promise of bringing efficiency and quality to bear in the products and services we make available to our customers,” he said.
The Fidelity Instant Visa Debit Card can be used at all ATMs, for online purchases and payments at all point of sale terminals worldwide. Customers can also obtain additional cards for their spouses, partners or associates on the same Fidelity Bank account.
Fidelity Bank is an indigenous bank that has been in operation for 10 years after operating for eight yars as a Discount House.
