It was fun and excitement as Management of Fiesta Royale Hotel hosted clients, partners, and guests to a memorable cocktail.
The event was used to take stock of the hotel’s operations for the first quarter of 2017 and acknowledge the support and loyalty of the hotel’s clients.

Welcoming guests, General Manager, Jaco Kotze, informed the event was a platform for Management to meet and socialize with its guests who are the key stakeholders so as to solicit for feedbacks on service.
“This is an event hosted as a way of appreciating the loyalty of our customers.” Mr. Kotze reaffirmed and urged customers to continue bringing feedbacks on experience with the hotel which he believes has the impetus to see the hotel grow from strength to strength.
Mr. Kotze wished the nation a Happy Easter and urged customers to join the hotel this festive season for a treat worth remembering.
Sales and Marketing Manager, Mrs. Yvonne Eyeson observed that though there is competition in the industry customers have kept faith with the Hotel.
"It is for this reason we see this day as very important on our calendar,” he said.
“We will continue to acknowledge our clients for their support because without them there will not be any Fiesta Royale Hotel,” she said and pledged on behalf of management to continue with the delivery of quality service to guests.
The night witnessed activities such as gift hunt where some clients received complimentary night stay and buffet package for two.
A client-interaction session also saw clients share their good experiences while staying at the Fiesta Royale Hotel.
