Fonola Mall, an E-Commerce shopping platform, developed by Phonola Multimedia to bring various companies together to showcase their products, has started operations.
The platform brings goods and services directly to customers. It is intended to give its visitors a feel of a physical shopping mall experience.
The Ghanaian community has embraced the idea of shopping malls but unfortunately, we have just a few around to cater for our numbers.
It is with this reason that Fonola Mall decided to take advantage of the era of technology to expand the mall experience by rather taking the malls directly to the homes and offices of every Ghanaian.
Fonola mall is the most exclusive shopping mall and entertainment centre online in Ghana that brings all the best shops, restaurants, entertainment centers and lifestyle needs under one roof.
It is not just another website for your shop but rather another branch of your shop in the pockets of your customers.
“We do not control your prices, you are in charge. So you manage it just like you will manage your physical shop. This way, your customers can shop from your showroom just as they would shop at your physical shop,” according to a statement by managers of the platform.
“We assign a manager to any company onboard Fonola Mall who oversees all activities of the company, that way, you don't have to be an I.T genius to sign up or even employ an I.T personnel purposely for this. We hope to make “Fonola Mall” a household name by July 2019.”
They have various strategic campaigns in place which will soon be deployed progressively and includes: Newspaper Adverts, Radio and TV Jingles, Billboards, Flyers, Social Media Campaigns amongst others.
