Mr Ibrahim made the call at the end of this year’s Talent Hunt exercise which ended in Accra on Thursday.
Twenty-three players were selected from over 2,000 players who went through the three-week exercise.
Mr Ibrahim said the aim of the exercise was to offer the youth gainful employment through sports.
He said the selected players would begin camping on Monday, November 2, where they would be given further training for a tour to South Africa.
Mr Ibrahim said after the South Africa event the players would leave for France for a similar exercise where they would be expected to further develop their talents.
He expressed the hope that the players would put in their maxim efforts to market themselves and aspire to win laurels for themselves and the nation.
