Prosecution in a case involving four persons charged with the murder of Kwasi Yeboah, from Yamfo in Tano North District of the Brong Ahafo Region has completed its investigations.
The docket has therefore been sent to the Attorney-General's Department in Sunyani for advice.
Police Chief Inspector Souza Christian Kwasi Ahatsi, Prosecutor, made this known to the Duayaw-Nkwanta Magistrates Court on Wednesday and asked for adjournment of the case, pending the outcome from the Attorney-General's Department.
The accused persons are Kofi Kadie, 22, driver's mate, Kujo Emmininbrah, 32, tractor operator, Gyamfi Kyeremeh, 45, a drinking and chop-bar operator at Yamfo and Evans Peprah Tabiri, 58, a businessman/road contractor who resides in Sunyani.
The court presided by Mr Divine Kwaku Ahiadu adjourned the case till Thursday, January 20, for the accused persons who are in prison custody to re-appear.Source: GNA
