Crystal Palace have announced the appointment of Frank de Boer as their new manager on a three-year contract.
The former Ajax and Inter Milan manager become the club's eighth manager in seven years and replaces Sam Allardyce who left at the end of last season after guiding them to Premier League safety.
"I am thrilled to be appointed as manager of Crystal Palace Football Club," he told the club's official website. "It is a great honour to take charge of such an historic club, a club that is known around the world for its hugely proud and passionate fan base.
"This role is a hugely exciting opportunity for me, and I cannot wait to get started in the Premier League with the players and staff here in south London."
Palace chairman Steve Parish added: "We have undertaken a thorough interview process to ensure we are in a position to appoint a manager of the calibre and experience that Frank brings with him.
"I am pleased to welcome him to Crystal Palace and I know he cannot wait to get started and prepare for our record breaking fifth season in the top flight."

De Boer's twin brother Ronald had said Palace fans should be prepared for "Total Football" if Dutchman Frank de Boer takes charge of the team, according to his twin brother Ronald.
"We were brought up with the philosophy of Ajax and Barcelona so you can expect a similar style of ball possession, but creative because football is entertainment of course,'' Ronald de Boer said to Sky Sports News HQ.
"But it also has to combine with results. Of course, he knows that this is very important. You will see a team that is well organised and playing as a team.''
De Boer, 47, parted company with Inter in November, having been in charge for only 14 matches, but during his time as head coach at Ajax he was able to deliver the Eredivisie title over four consecutive seasons.
