Ghana will play Mauritania on Wednesday in Johannesburg in their final pre-2014 African Nations Championship friendly, MTNFootball.com can exclusively report.
The local Black Stars arrived in South Africa on Sunday from Namibia where they camped for eight days.
The highlight of their stay in Windhoek was the 1-0 win over the Brave Warriors in a friendly played on Saturday.
Ghana are in action next Monday against Congo in their Group C opener before engaging Libya and Ethiopia.
Mauritania’s opening in Group D will be against 2009 winners DR Congo.
They will also face Gabon and Burundi.
The 2014 African Nations Championship will run from 11 January to 01 February.
