Ghana Premier League to end on June 4

The Ghana Premier League will now end on June 4, 2014 as the competition takes a short break to allow for all outstanding fixtures to be cleared.

With three more matches to go, the competition will bounce back May 21st with the match-day-28 fixtures, the Premier League Board announced on Friday.

The league's outstanding matches involving five teams - Medeama, Liberty, Heart of Lions, AshantiGold and Aduana - will be played between April 30, 2014 and May 18, 2014.

The final day matches of the season will be played on June 4
