Ghana is set to host the first Finance Week event later this year to promote excellence and innovation within the Financial Sector.
The event slated in October 2017, is the brainchild of Precise Communications Ltd and is part of the Ghana@60 celebration.
The maiden Ghana Finance week is a festival of live events showcasing and celebrating the best of finance in Ghana.
It will also ensure financial inclusion in a largely informal sector whilst providing networking, social, learning and business opportunities.
The Week aims, among other things to create a platform for financial service providers and regulators to showcase and promote their product services, bridge the financial inclusion gap, promote excellence and innovation within the Finance sector and to educate and inform the public about the various financial products that can enhance their life and businesses.
“The week will connect with thousands of people in Ghana made up of students, educationists, entrepreneurs, business leaders, employees, nonprofit leaders, finance professional ,government officials and many others , through a range of signature activities such as Financial Services Expo ,Fintech Innovations Demo, Ghana Finance summit , Careers in Finance and Financial Sector Games,” says Stephen Gyasi-Kwaw the CEO Precise Communications Ltd.
