Ghanaian actor Timothy Bentum together with some celebrities in obeying the Biblical injunction of winning souls for Christ have formed a group called (Actors, Presenters, Professionals and Musicians for Christ(APPMC) with the aim of propagating the gospel to the world.
According to Bentum the leader of the group, their fans revered them so much that they were ready to live the lives of the celebrities and so he felt the various celebrities in this group could help win souls for Christ.
As part of their church to church ministry, they visited Chantan about 5mins drive from Achimota, in collaboration with the Apostolic Church, Ghana - Nii Boiman Assembly and Adabraka Area Witness.
It was a four-day fun packed, star studded, Holy spirit-filled session of joy where 58 souls were saved and 15 notable miracles were recorded including the healing of a man with half stroke and an 8 year old who couldn't walk.
Actors who were at the evangelism include, Timothy Bentum, Nii Saka Brown, Ecow Smith Asante, Ken Fiati, Joe Mettle of Soul Winners fame, Nyameba, a budding gospel artiste and Maafia of 'Sound Splash' fame.
The rest are Palgrave Boakye Danquah - the country leader of "J" Life Ghana, Horace Reindorf - the national Sales Manager of EPPL, Nana Bonsu - the CEO of Fighter Beverages and a host of other brethren in the Lord from the Apostolic Church were present.
Timothy Bentum said that the campaign will be shown on a number of TV stations including Multi-TV.
