Unilever Ghana Limited, one of the country’s foremost janitorial and toiletries providers, has launched a campaign to keep Ghanaians clean and healthy. The campaign, dubbed Sign-on to a Healthy Nation will seek to encourage Ghanaians to be health conscious and also remember to practice simple habits of washing the hands with soap.Unilever says the campaign is driven by the company's desire to help its consumers live healthy, fulfilling lives. In the light of that, the company has taken the campaign to the doorsteps of its partners; media outfits, banks, corporate bodies, their suppliers and distributors, asking of the organisations to sign a declaration that they will uphold Unilever's values of living healthy lives. The campaign started Monday with Joy FM/Multimedia Group Limited being the first port of call. The team also visited the Ecobank Ghana head office where staff of the bank took turns to sign the ‘pledge’ board.
