The most expensive goalkeeper in the world of football has gone on to remark on his next target at Juventus, while assuring fans that he will put pen to paper. The former Parma shot stopper moved to the Turin giants back in 2001, and it has been a decade long service for the maestro, who has maintained his positioning as one of the best goalkeepers in the world. His contributions to the cause of the Bianconeri can never be questioned; when everyone was thinking of leaving the club following their demotion to the Serie B Calciopoli scandal, the Italian stuck around to keep the goal in the upcoming season. His presence, along with a few others, including the likes of Alessandro Del Piero and Pavel Nedved was instrumental in guiding them straight back into the first division of the Italian football, the Serie A. He has been indispensible at Juventus, and has helped the club out in securing trophies throughout his career, whether it was his natural instinctual saves or salvaging victory for the Bianconeri in the penalty shootouts.
