The Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) on Tuesday congratulated four of its members for their appointment to high editorial management positions at Graphic Communications Group Limited.
They are Mr Yaw Boadu-Ayeboafoh, Mr Ransford Tetteh, Mr Breda Atta-Quayson and Mr Emmanuel Amoako
A statement issued in Accra and signed by Mr Bright Blewu, General Secretary of the association said they had brought honour not only to themselves but the association as a whole and added that their new appointment was in recognition of their professional integrity.
Mr Boadu-Ayeboafoh, a former Vice President of GJA and Editor of Daily Graphic has been appointed General Manager of Graphic Communications Group.
Mr Tetteh, currently President of GJA is now Editor of Daily Graphic newspaper with Messrs Atta-Quayson and Amoako as his One and Two Deputy Editors respectively.
"The GJA wishes them success in all their endeavours and hope that all the four who are of high calibre, will exhibit high journalistic standards and high responsibility at all times," the statement said.
It called on them to work in partnership to lift the Graphic Communications Group to even much greater heights of performance.
