A 14-year-old girl has allegedly been defiled by her grandfather at Adidome in the Volta region.
Adelasi Nyenyewode sexually abused the primary four pupil on Monday in his room when she was sent on an errand.
The girl reported to her grandmother that the grandfather has inserted his fingers into her genital and gave her money.
The man was subsequently arrested by the Adidome police after his sister, Dovi Okudjeto reported the case to the police.
She claimed she has also heard rumours that her brother sexually assaulted other young girls in the area.
