Supporters of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club in the Ashanti Region at the weekend held a mammoth rally at the Asem Park in Kumasi to strategise ahead of Hearts’ titanic clash with Kumasi Asante Kotoko FC scheduled for the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on February 8.
The event, among others, was also to enable the supporters to brainstorm and solicit for material and spiritual support to help boost the morale of the players to ensure total victory for Hearts in the match.
Addressing the rally, Mr. Joe Saliu, Chairman of the Ashanti Regional Chapters’ Committee (RCC), pointed out that, the Chapters had taken a serious consideration of the said match in view of the rivalry that exists between the two teams.
