House Three of Efutu Secondary School at the weekend emerged champions of the first Inter-Houses athletics competition when they amassed 120 points to place first at the schools sports grounds at Efutu, near Cape Coast.
The competition, the first of its kind since the school was established eight years ago, had House Four taking the second position with 113points, House Two placed third with 89.5points, House Two came third with 89.5 points while House One came last with 85 points.
Mr Eric Boakye Yiadom, a tutor of the school, who chaired the competition, commended the athletes and their supporters for their show of sportsmanship during the competition and urged them to keep it up to win laurels for the school.
