First, I usually have a pretty good gaydar since one of my closest friends is a gay male, but I am totally confused about this guy that I have spent some time with, and I think he wants to get physically involved and I am TERRIFIED because I don't think he's... straight.Exhibit 1: Artist. I'm not saying that all artists are gay, but he definitely has a flair for the artistic which I love. I actually agreed to go out with him because we went to a gallery. It's rare that I find men that want to do that.Exhibit 2: Fashion Industry. Again, not saying that all men in the fashion industry are gay, but he worked in New York and lived in Chelsea... HELLO?!?!?! The strange thing is, his personal sense of style could use some work, but I kinda feel like he may be doing that to hide his sexuality...Exhibit 3: He reacts REALLY strongly to gay content. For example, we went to a stage play that had a scene in it where two women kissed and he nearly jumped out of his seat. I was like, relax!! they're acting!!! Most straight men would have gotten turned on by that scene.Otherwrise, he just has some really gay tendencies... the way he responds to certain things, the inflections in his voice. In fact, the first time my dad met him, he asked me if he was gay.But... he has two children (though I wonder if his divorce had something to do with his sexuality). In fact, I had assumed he was gay until he tried to kiss me the last time we went out. I am SOOO confused!!!Oh yeah... one more thing... he told me he was obsessed with my A$$!!!! OK... a lot of straight men like my bum, but I wonder if there's some hidden reason for that...I SOOOO want to ask him, because I would be totally OK if he was, but I don't want to hurt his feelings or piss him off. I seriously think he may be struggling with the truth and I know men can get defensive if they haven't really admitted it.The thing is, he's giving me the impression that he wants to "date" me, and I just can't be with someone whose sexuality I question. I'd love to hang out with him as another gay friend, but nothing more.How do I do this?
