Reports reaching Myjoyonline.com indicate that the immediate past Board Chairman of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), Mr. Ibrahim Adam, lost a daughter in an accident Saturday morning.

Aina Ibrahim Quaigraine died shortly after the accident which occurred Monday dawn at Ejisu, near the Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi.

She was travelling with her husband, Charles Abiw Quaigraine, when the accident occurred.

Sources say Mr. Quaigraine, who was unconscious for hours, has regained consiousness but appears confused after news of the death of his wife was broken to him.

Mr. Ibrahim Adam, according to reports, was in Kumasi making frantic efforts to air-lift his daughter to Accra when she passed on.

He is said to be distraught.

The driver of the Toyota Tundra, however, escaped unhurt.
