Ace Investigative Journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas has refused to comment on the judicial scandal in several interviews with international media organizations including the BBC and Aljazeera.
Anas told the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation it would be prejudicial to comment on the issue which is before a Judiciary Committee.

“It is true that 34 judges have all been suspended but I'm unable to give further comments on this issue because I am before a committee that is hearing the matter and I didnt want to say anything that will prejudice the work of the committee. And out of respect for the judicial process, we have to let the process go on. Then at the end of the day we would be able to know who is saying what,” he said.
Anas who is one of the 50 speakers at this year's Global Investigative Journalism Conference in Lillerhammer, Norway later told Nhyira FM's Ohemeng Tawiah he considers the issue as a domestic affair.
“I think that it is really a home affair and also the fact that I'm before the committee I dont think that it makes sense to be talking to the international media. I havent done that in Ghana so I cant see myself commenting on this”. Anas Aremeyaw explained.
Thirty four judges and 146 judicial service staffs are currently being investigated for their roles in an explosive documentary on judicial corruption titled 'Ghana in the eyes of God', compiled by Anas and his Tiger Eye PI team.
